A1: The customer should provide the related technical parameters and other requirements, drawings, pictures, planned output, and our engineer will provide solutions and quotation in time.

A2: Generally, it will take 45 to 55 days after receiving your deposit payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. Sometimes we have standard machines in stock. 

Q3. What is the warrantee period of the machine?
A3: We can supply one year warranty for our machines. We can provide internet or calling service at any time. We can also send engineers to your place according to the agreement reached by both parties. 

Q4. After-sales service
A4: 1. Installation: according to the agreement reached by both parties we could provide technical assistance in commissioning, travel expense is on foreign customer (including round ticket and accommodation cost)
2. Personnel training: Our engineers will give your employees fee machine training.
