The TG-5265 Cement Static Gel Strength Analyzer is a cutting-edge device designed to assess gel development and static gel strength of cement slurry samples under simulated down-hole conditions of temperature and pressure. Using a rotating paddle in conjunction with a stationary cylindrical slurry cup, the TG-5265 CSGSA conditions the cement slurry and measures the forces necessary to initiate movement within it, offering an accurate method to determine static gel strength. Additionally, the TG-5265 CSGSA boasts a post-test cooling apparatus in the form of an external cooling jacket attached to the pressure vessel. After testing, cooling water can be circulated via this cooling jacket to effectively cool the pressure vessel.
