Bench-Top Consistometers are small enough to be set on a normal laboratory workbench and easy to use. The unit's functional, compact design is made possible by the use of high-strength alloys in the pressure vessel. The rotating slurry container is equipped with rotational paddle assembly per API Specification. The pressure vessel is capable of withstanding the high pressures and temperatures to run tests in accordance with most API Spec 10 schedules. The TG-7716 and TG-7720 are designed to be versatile and extremely accurate. They can be used in remote field locations, mobile labs, and offshore platforms where space is limited.

TG-5265 Cement Static Gel Strength Analyzer is designed to measure the gel development and static gel strength of cement slurry samples cured at a simulated down-hole temperature and pressure. TG-5265 CSGSA uses the rotating paddle and a stationary cylindrical slurry cup assembly to condition the cement slurry, by directly measuring the forces required to initiate movement in the slurry, provides the accurate method to determine the static gel strength of cement slurry.  TG-5265 CSGSA is equipped with a device for post-test cooling of the instrument. This is an external-cooling jacket attached to the pressure vessel. After completion of the test, cooling water may be circulated through this cooling jacket to cool the pressure vessel.
