The TG-5265 Cement Static Gel Strength Analyzer is meticulously designed to assess the gel development and static gel strength of cement slurry samples, under controlled down-hole temperature and pressure simulations. Utilizing a rotating paddle and a stationary cylindrical slurry cup assembly, it conditions the cement slurry, directly measuring the forces necessary to initiate slurry movement, providing an ultra-accurate method for determining static gel strength. For added convenience, TG-5265 CSGSA is equipped with a post-test cooling device - an external cooling jacket attached to the pressure vessel. Upon test completion, cooling water can be circulated through this jacket to efficiently reduce the pressure vessel temperature.
