The TG-5265 Cement Static Gel Strength Analyzer is expertly designed to assess the gel development and static gel strength of cement slurry samples, under simulated down-hole conditions of temperature and pressure. It utilizes a rotating paddle and a stationary cylindrical slurry cup assembly to condition the slurry. By directly measuring the forces necessary to initiate movement, it offers an accurate method for determining the static gel strength. Furthermore, the TG-5265 CSGSA is equipped with an external-cooling jacket attached to the pressure vessel for post-test cooling, allowing cooling water to circulate and efficiently lower the temperature post-analysis.
